The world is literally your playground when you’re happy shredding urban features. Just grab your skis, your buddies, maybe a beer, and get after it. Revision is happy to have riders on board who buy into the principle that you don’t necessarily need mountains or money to have a blast skiing, and Spencer Milbocker is happy to show how it’s done.
Milbocker grew up shredding urban and the small hills in southwest Michigan before taking it out west. He’s been sponsored by big brands for a number of years and has been featured in a number of mainstream ski films. We’re stoked to bring him onto the Revision team.
Though he spends a lot of time across the country, Spencer still has fun at his small home hill (Bittersweet, in Southwest Michigan) when he’s back home, hot lapping 5 minute lift rides and hitting 10-15 features on the quick way back down. Spencer spent last year (2014/2015) getting back in the saddle after recovering from a knee injury that ended his 2013/2014 season. He’s going to be a key fixture in an upcoming film that Revision is working on this coming winter. Keep an eye out.
Revision’s culture of just getting out and riding whatever, wherever and whenever, just for the love of the sport was a big draw for Spencer when he was considering sponsorship options. He says, “I really like the direction Revision is heading in the ski industry with what they want to accomplish and what they want to promote and just how they look at skiing in general. They are in it for the pure love of the sport and that is awesome, I definitely feel blessed to be able to be a part of the family and grow with the company.”
